April General Membership Meeting - Message from the Election Committee

Attention All HOPE Members

The Election Committee would like to take this opportunity to remind, and inform, you that the election was initially postponed due to numerous alleged non-compliance and/or violations and notifications issues committed by candidates. The Committee reviewed and substantiated these allegations. Notifications of their findings were sent to the appropriate candidates.

The Election Committee is pleased to inform you, at the upcoming General Membership meeting, that you will receive and hear the Election Committee’s report for the postponement.  In addition to receiving that report, the Committee will decide on the new election dates and locations.

Thank you for your patience throughout this very difficult period.

The next General Membership meeting is Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 6:00pm.  The meeting will be held at the AFL-CIO building located at 2506 Sutherland St. - Houston, Texas 77023.
