Remember- Your HOPE General Membership Meetings are on the 3rd Tuesday of Every Month.
Two months ago, HOPE members had the opportunity to step up to be a Delegate for HOPE at the 45th Annual AFSCME International Convention in Philadelphia from July 11th to July 15th.
In this month's General Membership Meeting, you'll hear both the various HOPE concerns the Delegation brought to Philadelphia as well as the great information they're bringing back to us in Houston.
The HOPE Delegation was to be chosen by election, but the exact number of Delegates were nominated.
Additionally, there will be the latest updates on how HOPE members are taking action by pushing back against inadequate staffing, unsound policies, and reckless privatization.
Also, there will be updates for the HOPE's position in the upcoming AFSCME Convention as well as the latest updates for getting your copy of the 2021 HOPE Meet & Confer Agreement.
